ABOUT THE SCHOOL

Topland Nursery &  Primary School is a Christian school started on 4^th of January 2010, we are not discriminating we accommodates both Christians and Muslims.

The school started with about 24 pupils. Due to our competency and the readiness to discharge our best coupled with the assistance of God, this has been improving the performances of the pupils in our school which encouraged the parent in bringing their children to our school. We have competent and experienced teachers’ i.e B.sc and N.C.E in our school, the total number of teachers is eight (8). Now our effectiveness in teaching has helped in increasing the number of our pupils to about one hundred and thirty (130) pupils within three years.

PROGRAMS OFFER

We run computer programs in which the pupils are taught practically Microsoft office and excel here we teach them how to type successively on Microsoft and to keep data on computer we teach them also how to take stock and to do some calculations through computer. And that is done in excel.

We also offer Yoruba as a subject because we discovered that our mother languages are forgotten and is being replaced with foreign language i.e. English which is not suppose to. That is the reason for offering Yoruba as a subject in other to revive our tribal language.

We are also doing physical health education (PHE)
